Sandra Madu

Sandra Madu is a South African-Nigerian entertainer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, creative writer and storyteller with over 7 years of experience in the Theatre, Film, TV and Media industries. She is also a recent alumnus of Realness Institute's Episodic Lab. She's worked on the Film/TV sets of Best Man Holiday, Saving Hope and Shadowhunters; and has both acted in and edited scripts for theatre productions such as Hairspray, Romeo and Juliet, Cinderella and The Lost King. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Sandra is now based in Lagos, Nigeria where she runs a creative agency (MRKT Africa) and has since developed a love for creating/writing and sharing more African stories with the world and contributing to the growth of the Nollywood film and theatre industries (both locally and beyond). Sandra's most recent project has included a music reality show, MTN Y'ello Star, where she worked as a content producer and is now working on a book adaptation and a musical feature film.
